Township of Front of Yonge

The Ombudsman received a complaint that an informal meeting of council occurred after the April 16, 2018 meeting of council. The complainant alleged that three members of council remained after the meeting finished and discussed purchasing recycling bins for the Township. The Ombudsman found that an informal meeting did not occur and identified best practice suggestions to improve the Township’s record keeping practices.
